| This application form is a commitment to display work produced solely by the artist applicant in the category in which accepted. Applicant hereby releases Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Meredith, and the Lakes Region Fine Arts and Crafts Festival committees and affiliates of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property while in the supervision or auspices of the Festival. No refunds are issued for cancellation. The Festival is held rain or shine. The Festival Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.
